Nick from Belview Electric has organized and done multiple jobs in my home including my bathroom renovation and adding potlights to our main living spaces. He's always been respectful and courteous. He answered all of my questions and provided his professional opinion on the best way to accomplish my lighting needs. The work was done in a timely manner and his team always cleaned up after themselves. Overall I am very satisfied with their work and will continue to use their services in the future.

When we were expecting our second child we decided that our basement needed to get finished so that the kids could have their own space. We found an ad for Penguin Basements and saw that the financing option was attractive so we gave them a call and made an appointment with Guy where we agreed to get the basement finished before our daughter was born. Guy was good at keeping us informed (and he apologized when he couldn't). Both he and Harold (Project manager) were knowledgeable and courteous, The teams they sent to work here were great as well. They made sure to clean up after themselves every day. I never had an issue with a mess anywhere. They also sent cleaners after the project was completed. As with all renovations there are always hiccups. For instance we experienced a delay with financing and as a result the project didn't get finished until my daughter was a couple months old. There was also an instance where the painters didn't show up etc. However, when we brought these issues to Guy and Harold they were fixed right away. Over all we are very happy with our space. The vinyl flooring looks gorgeous and stands up to anything my preschooler does to it and its well lit and warm. Thank you Guy, Harold, and the Penguin Basement team!!
