Sami was very efficient in finding the issue. He even fixed the drawer if the stove while he was here. Very high standard of professionalism. Have his card and will definitely call Energitech for all my repairs. Thank you Sami for all your advice as well!

All we can say is "Amazing". The professionalism of both Bill and George is beyond anything we have experienced in the service industry. The level of knowledge and expertise that they they both demonstrated was refreshing. George installed the new central vacuum. The work he does is meticulous. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I highly suggest to anyone that you do business with Etobicoke Service Centre. You will not regret it.

I had the worst experience with another Pest Control company. I emailed S.O.S. At 11:30pm and received a reply, Sherwin called me within ten minutes. He put my concerns at ease and we set a time and date. He called and showed up on time. He was on the roof and video taped on his cell phone what he saw. He then sent it to my email, Jamie went up in the attic and checked the space. They did the extras that were required. A follow up appointment was made that same day. S.O.S. showed up as scheduled. I have to say the level of respect and professionalism superseded any expectations. Do not hesitate for one moment to call this company.

NO GUARANTEE even though they say they do. Anthony was the first to come. Arrived late however called. Installed a one way door. Checked the attic. A few days later I noticed that my vent on the roof what broken/piece missing. This was a Secondary point of entry that I discovered. I called Anthony. He was to show on Tuesday ..received call he was not available and Luka was to come on Wednesday.. Luka did not show up on time. left a message that it was a trap to be removed and would be there the next day. Bad communication.. Luka showed up the next day with Anthony and late and no call to advise they would be late. I had bought a vent to replace the one the squirrels chewed up. It was not good and was told that I would have to replace all of my vents to critter proof vents. Called a roofing company and bought 8 new vents. $160 cost. Anthony had counted the vents to be changed. Anthony came on Saturday morning and arrived earlier than expected. The old vents removed and changed to new ones. June 29th send text messages to Anthony. I called on the 30th left a message and no reply. I sent an email to Embo June 30th eve advising the squirrels were still in the attic. The mother was out but the babies still inside. NO REPLY. I called a new wildlife removal company. They showed up on the 2nd. I was then advised that I did not need to change all of my vents/ Oh and by the way there were 10 and not 8. Anthony did not tell me there were two more vinyl vents. Squirrels can chew through these. The new company checked the roof video taped it and came down to show me the condition. The one way trap door was checked and was not opening properly therefore the baby squirrels could not open. I was also told that I did not need to buy new vents but rather a metal mesh cage could have been installed. In fact they used them to cover the 2 vents that were still vinyl. I was also told that we were lucky there were no dead squirrels in my attic. I had to put out another $515 dollars to have my attic checked, roof checked, two vents and bathroom exhaust piped covered. My advice to anyone: STAY AWAY FROM EMBO PEST CONTROL. Do your research on reputable, reliable companies.
