My kitchen was in horrible shape. Tiles were lifting and cracking in many places. Pinoy came in and gave me an estimate. When the existing tiles were removed, the floor underneath was actually 5 floors joining together. All were different levels, and some weren't even stable; you stand on the bare floor and it'd flex.
