Being a first time custom home builder it wasn’t easy for us. However, after meeting with Thomas we were amazed to see his professional attitude and knowledge. After our delivery we had a small dent at the pedestal of our dryer, LG refused to exchange it but Caplan took the responsibility of changing at their own expense. We really appreciate their customer service.
