Had lots of companies and people quoting but none knew or could pinpoint what or where the problem was..Chris was able to narrow it down to a couple of places. He explained what he was going to do and what the result would be. He arrived with his crew (3 in total), they worked at least 9 hours for 2 days straight. Once the hole was dug, and the materials were fitted he tested all areas with water, and asked me to check inside..No water came in..Great! They added lots of stones and changed the weeping tiles. When complete everything was returned as before (except the grass will now need some TLC). I did not pay Chris until the job was completed and I was satisfied! Well done, Chris. I would be happy to recommend Chris and his company KP Waterproofing to anyone.
