We hired Dena Development to renovate our master and basement bathrooms. We wanted to reuse the vanity from the master and put it in the basement, and this was no issue for Reza and his crew. Their quote was far less than any other company, and their work was high quality. Any (minor) issues, like paint smudges were fixed quickly and there were no major concerns. Qualified trades were hired to do the aspects of the job that were outside of the crews scope (eg plumber and electrician). Rezas communication was excellent throughout the whole project. We would 100% hire Reza and his crew for our next project. (Note: we paid for most materials separately from the quoted price).

We contacted Nate on a recommendation to get a tune up on our furnace and to look into our air conditioning, which wasn't effectively cooling our house. Nate identified a number of deficiencies with our system (ie humidifier was not connected) and made done recommendations. We ended up getting our furnace replaced in advance of needing an emergency repair/replacement. Nate abs his crew were punctual, professional and extremely helpful. We would recommend them to anyone and would hire them again in the future.
