These guys were supposed to build a base for my shed . The first week of April 2013 I put down a $50 deposit with Frank and Isabella and was told the job would be done by mid April. 2 weeks went by and nothing. I tried contacting Frank and Isabella to find out what was going on... and that was even a challenge. I was then told it would then be done the following week. Still nothing. I was then told it would be done today (May 4, 2013). They didn't show up. I called them to find out what was going on. They gave every excuse in the book as to why they could not come today. Something tells me I lost my $50 deposit. Stay far away from these people. I know this site has a policy of on publishing reviews for services rendered - but I'm trying to prevent others from losing more than the $50 that I did.

Adolfo and Adam came to do the installation. Extremely pleased with the work performed and the amount charged. The guys were professional, friendly and explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. The guys were fast and cleaned up after themselves. Was brushed off by previous companies. Glad to know no job is too small for these guys. Will definitely call when it comes time to finish our basement.

I had previously written a poor review of this company. After corresponding with Hamid, the sales manager the issues I had with the company were resolved. The alarm system received was a good deal for the price. The installer who came was fast and efficient. Will definitely recommend.

Very pleased with the service. Came on time and explained everything thoroughly. Pricing was comparable to other companies. Gave tips on sealing air leaks in the duct work. Will definitely use again.

When David showed up to give us the quote, we showed him a picture of the design we wanted as our centerpiece. He looked at the picture, the size of the tiles and the area we wanted the centerpiece and said he could do it. We had no reason not to believe him with all of his years in the business. We agreed upon a price which we believed was based on the difficulty of the the centerpiece. No complaints on the quality of work on the backsplash. However, when it came time for him to do the centerpiece he realized that he could not do the design we wanted. We had to come up with another design on the spot for him to put up as the centerpiece... And the alternative was more simplistic than the original design. Now I can't complain about the quality of his work. David was clean and efficient. But in the end, the design of the centerpiece was not what we wanted, and we feel that David should have been able to have determined that based on his experience, on viewing the tiles we had and the area allocated to the centerpiece.

Not much else to say. Mr. Potlight was great. Fast & No mess. The guys were friendly and offered suggestions on the location of the pot lights. Will definitely call him again when it comes time to finish my basement.
