The service repair person came in and said the 1-year old dish washer needed a new part. He said he would order it. We paid over $100 for that favour. About two weeks later we were then asked to pay for the part; we paid over $200 for that as well. We are now six weeks after the fact and nothing. They called once to say they were coming but then they did not show up. We called and asked for a call back... nothing. It seems customer service is at the bottom of their priority list. After all, they've been paid.
