Mark took responsibility for the installation of 2 windows that I had privately purchased. He was communicative, responsive and his installation team, headed by Jerry, was efficient and timely. It is appreciated that service is a top priority. The team were pleasant and very tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend Advance Windows, Mark Shaban and Jerry to anyone requiring new windows.
