Communication was excellent from the beginning. Very responsive and upfront. Alex and his team were courteous, professional and went beyond our expectations. When unforeseen issues arose, (old house so it will happen) Alex contacted us right away and discussed our options. The process was painless and although this was a complex job and difficult from an access perspective, Alex and his crew met the timelines they laid out at the beginning. Very pleased with the work and we will be using their services again.

Ken surveyed our older home for structural issues. He quickly identified the source of our floor sag-which stemmed from the original construction! He was thorough, patient and answered all of my questions as we did an indoor and outdoor review of the building together. I would gladly use this company again.

New roof was sorely needed-both a steeply peaked original roof and sloped flat roof on addition. Frank was the only roofer who recognized and respected the century accents on our house and worked with us on a strategy to not only replace the roof, but also preserve the historic character of the house. He and his team were punctual, courteous and professional throughout the job and they even caulked an old window for us free of charge since we were concerned about the seal there. Highly recommended.

New homeowner-had noticed during inspection that the ceiling was water stained below the upstairs bathroom. However, we were unsure if that was an old or a current issue. After moving in, water started to seep through the ceiling drywall and we cut the drywall to expose the issue. We could not identify the source of the leak ourselves nor could a local plumber we called in for a diagnosis. We then called Waterworks and they sent a plumber within an hour to take a look. George was great. Personable, professional and patient as he explained what he saw. It only took him about 20 minutes to find the issue (defective faucet) and it was repaired the same day. We look forward to engaging Waterworks and George for future projects within our century home.
