I would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking. He is very professional, confirmed all appointments by email and by telephone ten minutes before arrival. He suggested the perfect carpet runner for our staircase and also made a custom carpet for our upper foyer. He suggested a carpet that is stain resistant and the day after the carpet was installed, my daughter was sick to her stomach and threw up on the carpet runner wouldn't you know it. I got the stain out 100%. Mark also fixed my carpet in the office for free as it needed to be stretched out. Mark also went to home depot to buy the supplies for the upper hallway so that the carpet wouldn't slip. He's just amazing!
