We had poor water pressure in the house. We called several companies to get diagnostic and to get quotes for the job. Vlad was the only one who told us about lead pipe and showed it to us. We were exposed to lead (Pb) poisoning and did not know about it!!! No other technicians who came to give us quotes saw it! After we made sure that pipe was indeed made of lead, we asked Vlad from Umbrella to do the job. He replaced ¾ led pipe with copper one (the best ones). He also showed us the build up in the old line. Not only did he do an amazing and clean job(+water pressure is great), He saved us! We need more experts like this!
