Ryan came out and was friendly and polite. He came in and looked around, went outside and did a walkaround and diagnosed the problem as a small hole where birds were getting into our roof. He explained it was an easy job, that didn't require us to call them for costly measures. I really appreciate that.. some people may say he lost a sale, but you know what, he gained a customer for life. If ever I have any need for a critter wrangler I will call this company. I will also refer them to anyone who asks... honesty is hard to find especially during these times. I really appreciate Ryan and the critter control team.

Up until recently I would have had nothing but praise for Reliance Home Comfort. They were always a pleasure to deal with, up until about a month ago when my new air conditioner stopped working, The contractor they sent was more concerned about getting home than finishing the job properly. He overfilled my unit with coolant and failed to replace the part that needed to be replaced. Instead he just taped it up tightly. A reliance technician came and quickly diagnosed the problem and made arrangements to have the part fixed but due to some miscommunication I still have no air conditioning and have been without it for almost a month...ironically during a heatwave. Now I have to wait unit August to get it fixed all the while paying for a unit that i am getting no use out of. Very disappointed in this little hiccup, but otherwise a great company to deal with. Hopefully we can come to an amicable resolution.

Brandon installed the gas line for my oven and my cousins oven. He did a great job, and was very efficient. He even saved my cousins house, and possibly his life after he realized that the builders had forgotten to turn the gas off in his house. Brandon smelt the gas, and took the proper actions to ensure the gas was cleared from the house before anyone was allowed to come in, and any work was done. Amazing person, and amazing service, a very hard combination to find in this day and age.
