We have been trying to get a gas meter put back on a house for weeks. They have not been helpful at all. I get pushed around to five departments and then when I think I am getting somewhere ,I call back and they say they have no information or date when it will be put on. The pipes froze I had damage to the house all cuz of their stupidity and poor customer service. Incompetent!
We had some windows and a front door replaced
When the salesman came to the house we had mentioned we were on a tight timeline and could he help us get the windows installed before the energy retro-fit program ended for us. I was promised it wouldn't be a problem and all we had to do was come in the showroom and pick what we wanted. We did that the next day but no one even came to measure and that was only after a couple calls from us. The job itself was ok but the delay was horrible with no call backs or apologies. As the installers were leaving, they pushed over a urn outside dropping all the flowers and dirt on the driveway. Didn't even bother to clean it up or offer a replacement. I still have more windows to do but wouldn't go with them again.
Matt and his brother came in exactly on time , with a courtesy call to let us know they were on the way. He was maticulous, got the job done and didn't waste time. Very professional and would reccommend him to anyone. I will definately consider him for my next big reno.
