In June of 2009 Spiros installed a new roof for me, on time as promised and at a good price. The workmanship of his crew and cleanup after the work was completed was excellent. After some manufacturer defects appeared with the shingles in October, Spiros filed a warranty claim with the manufacturer on my behalf on his own initiative. Since then he has taken extraordinary time in providing advice and follow-up support of the claim. It is refreshing to deal with a person who stands behind his warranty and makes his customers’ satisfaction his top priority
