BBA Design was referred to us by my brother and we were thrilled with the service. The process was very collaborative. Ben shared great ideas while keeping in mind functionality for day to day living. Ben kept us on schedule, advised of expectations and delivered on all timelines.

Thanks Rose, Glad that the permit came in time so you can organize the contractors and start on the job on time. Can't wait to come and see the opened up first floor with your new kitchen and new stairs going upstairs with new bedroom additions for your family. B well and don't keep me a secret!

Rated F on Better Business Bureau- over a hundred unresolved complaints - This company should be out of business. They are ripping people off, the customer service is unsupportive and rude. My dishwasher is still broken, I've paid $280 to learn that the part I need to fix the dishwasher is another $600. The dishwasher is only 3 yrs old and worth $800. The cost to repair, I could buy a new one. Do not call this company!
