We contacted Rob to fix a leak on our roof above the kitchen and got an immediate and friendly response (even though we contacted him after-hours). The very next morning Rob assessed our roof, purchased the materials and fixed it, preventing further damage. Thanks to his knowledge, professionalism and honesty, we only had to fix a few shingles instead of the entire roof like we had initially thought.
