We were referred to Alex at Sierra Air as our original air conditioner had died during the hottest week of the summer. Alex explained the options to fix or replace the air conditioner. Alex identified areas in the initial install where the previous installer had cut corners which had caused the air conditioner to fail prematurely. Before proceeding with Alex we obtained a second competitive quote and the person confirmed all of Alex’s recommendations for the install but they could not match the cost nor the timeliness of the install.
