My neighbour and I needed to improve the drainage on our shared driveway due to rain water backing up into the garage. We also needed someone who could do the work at the same time we were redoing the driveway. Sergio came the same day I called him, provided a solution and said he would be available to complete the work as soon as we needed him. On the day the work was to be done, he showed up promptly with his crew, they installed the drain, and took away all materials. We are very pleased with the work and I would definitely recommend ROOTERWORX.

Excellent service by Anthony. I had a dead (smelly) raccoon under my deck. Made a call to a friendly and efficient customer rep. Anthony showed up on time, removed the racoon and sanitized the area. I am relieved to have the job done so well and easily. I will definitely call Pest Protection Plus again if I need their services and recommend them to anyone else Thanks, Anthony!

Ever since I moved into this house 15 years ago, the outside tap has leaked everywhere and I could never get the hose reel to stay attached to the wall. All that frustration is a thing of the past thanks to KC. He agreed to take on this small job and showed up the next day. Plumbing jobs are always unpredictable in old houses and it took a few return visits to get it all fixed. KC did it without complaint and the job was done perfectly. Now my garden hose works perfectly and is no longer a soaking experience! Thanks, KC! I’m glad to know you are only a phone call away :)

Wow. That is the best word I can think of to describe the work that Alan and Steven did in my home. I had a number of fixtures (including a ceiling fan) to be hung. I also wanted remotes and dimmers installed outside. Alan reviewed the work with my son and called me at work to tell me how they would proceed and the cost. On the call he made some great recommendations and ended up saving me money on a fixture I had purchased. When I got home all the work was complete and it was done perfectly. There wasn’t even a speck of dust to be seen! They are highly professional, knowledgeable electricians. This is the second time I have hired Hi Lite and I will continue to do so whenever I need electrical work done. Thanks, Alan and Steven, for a great job!

My fridge stopped cooling and my range lights stopped working. I called Adriano and he showed up on time for our appointment. He quickly repaired the fridge, but advised me that a new board was required for the Range. Before installing the new part, he was able to get the lights working again. He said that rather than charging me $500 for the board, let’s see if it was only a loose wire. I appreciated that. It lasted a few weeks and then died. Adriano returned promptly and replaced the board with no charge for labour. Adriano is a trusted reliable repairman and I will definitely reccomend him and use him again. Thanks, Adriano!

Gary and his team do amazing work and are a pleasure to deal with. During the initial assessment, Gary took me through a thorough review of the work to be done, made great recommendations on how to proceed and answered all my questions. He continued to answer all emails immediately and showed up to start the job on time. Gary and his team do excellent work and leave a very clean job site behind. I would highly reccomemd them and will definitely use them again for any future work!

A moisture problem had damaged the plaster moulding in my dining room. The whole ceiling needed to be removed as it was damaged and pulling away from the lathe and plaster. I was not looking forward to having such a messy repair done. Joey and Tiffany arrived and in less than 2 days, the whole room looked brand new. The plaster moulding was repaired to its original condition. Fantastic job! Quick, clean and professional!

Warren and his team painted my house 10 years ago and I did not hesitate to get them back when a refresh was needed. They are very efficient, professional and friendly.
