We had a poorly done peeling flat roof redone by Fellows Roofing. Caleb gave us a competitive quote, described the whole process right down to the names of the products he would use and explained why. He was clearly committed to doing the job right, and he backs up that commitment with 10 year warranty on his work. His quote was neat, easy to read and clear. He took pictures of his work as it was being done, and attached them to the invoice, so that we could see the products used and the workmanship (what a brilliant idea). He answers promptly to emails, hires skilled and respectful workers, was ringing the doorbell on time at 8am just as he communicated he would. The job was done in the amount of time he said it would take. They took care to protect decking, plants and windows from dust and debris, they left no work debris when they left, not even a stray nail. I am very impressed with Caleb's professionalism, workmanship and communication skills. Thanks for a job well done!
