Mark and his crew were called to assist with an emergency situation where another company could not complete a half finished roofing job. He completed the estimate and plan that evening after hours, and his crew dropped off materials the next morning. Mark's quote was fair and competitive in relation to comparables, especially given the short notice and emergency nature of the job. The entire crew was prompt and professional and very tidy. Given the upcoming weather forecast, they worked late into the darkness using their own lighting system to ensure that we had a waterproof roof before the rain started. We would happily refer them for any job big or small, and have asked them back to help us with further maintenance on our own roof.
