First they come in and scare the ** out of you and promise a gov rebate, that still hasn't shown up. They say it'll reduce your energy bill at the end of your cycle, - it didn't. Then they come to inspect it about 2 months later and blackmail you to rent other equipment by saying if you don't it will void your warranty. They're constantly showing up unannounced, they're invasive. I actually hate this company. Do not buy anything from them.
