Sam from JSN came on the time agreed to for the repair of our front load washing machine. We have used JSN for the repair of other appliances in our home, and have been completely satisfied with the professionalism of their work. The job was done in a timely fashion, with the cost very close to the initial estimate given. The machine is working as new, and we would have no hesitation in using JSN again in the future.

Sam came and diagnosed the problem right away. Gave an estimate that was very fair, and completed the work in a professional and timely manner. It is the second time I have used JSN for an appliance repair (clothes dryer as well) and am completely satisfied.

I am very happy to write this review pointing out the fantastic service of JSN Appliance Repairs, specifically Sam. We had a problem with our clothes dryer and typically what we do is search Homestars for their top rated companies. JSN came out at the top, so after reading a few reviews I contacted them. Sam responded in the evening and told me when he would be at my home. Sam called before he arrived, evaluated what was wrong, and without hesitation gave me a fair estimate of the cost. He took the dryer apart to replace a broken pulley, cleaned all the nasty lint inside the machine, and placed everything back like new. He even called the next day to make sure we were satisfied. I am totally satisfied with the work and professionalism of Sam and JSN Repairs , and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Excellent work again by Giorgio to fix a leak that was occurring under the sink. He diagnosed the issue quickly (defective hose), went to get the part, and after replacing it making sure everything worked perfectly. Thanks again Giorgio!

Giorgio came over as per our set appointment to evaluate a very stubborn kitchen sink clog. He took the time to explain what the problem might be, ways of solving it, and the potential costs. All I can say is he went above and beyond my expectations in solving the problem, and was very reasonable price wise. I wish more people were as professional and conscientious as he is.
