My garage door was not properly installed by the builder of my home. As a result, the steel cable came off the spool and got tangled up. The door was seized and could not be closed. I called Steve and he was able to arrive within 3 hours. He quickly fixed the door and corrected the installation of my garage door opener as well, taking time to explain how he was going to prevent the problems from occurring again. I found him to be very polite and honest. I called a few other companies and they quoted me significantly more and would only be willing to schedule me for the next day at the earliest.

Adam from Mr. Roof Repair showed up on time for the roof assessment and was very friendly as we discussed the scope of the work. There was some downspout work that I wanted done in addition to a roof inspection. During the inspection, garbage left on the roof by another roofing contractor was cleared up for me. A detailed roof assessment report with photos highlighting problem areas was provided to me within a week along with a quote for the roof work. Service is quite professional.
