Glen provided prompt and friendly service. He diagnosed the problem with our washing machine within 30 seconds of seeing our machine. The repair to our 18 year old appliance was a fraction of the cost of replacing it with a new machine. He was polite, professional and friendly. I would recommend him without reservation.
