Sandro did another fantastic job for us, this time renovating our open basement space and original 70s washroom into a bedroom, rec room, shower room and laundry space. Work as ever was completed to an exceptionally high standard; the project completed on time and the only budget amendments were due to our adding work once the job had begun. Sandro is also just a great guy to have around: he shows up on time, always brings a smile, keeps the place clean and tidy, and was happy to work around these homeworkers' zoom calls. Honestly, I cannot speak highly enough of Sandro. From the outset, he was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. His quote was detailed and clear and he delivered very high quality workmanship, finishing on time and on budget. We are delighted with our new home! For the elements of the work that were subcontracted, Sandro ensured this was completed to his very high standards and within the project timeline. He gave good advice regarding the sourcing of e.g. flooring, lighting and bathroom fixtures and every supplier I contacted had great things to say about him. He left our home spotless every day and is such a cheerful, friendly guy to have around: my kids were always delighted to see his van outside when we got home.
