I cannot tell you how amazing the team (Stef's) was from WOW 1 Day Painting -- from start to finish they were professional, on time and on budget and a great value for the work that they did for us. This is our second time using them and they really shine when it comes to customer service and a job well done. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any painting job - you will not be disappointed.

I hired Five Star to power wash my interlock driveway and apply more sand with a view to remove and prevent the weeds from coming back (that's what I was told would be the outcome) -- it DID NOT work and when I called the owner Mike, I got the most frustrating run around ever. He informed me that the guy who did the job was an independent contractor and that he wasn't responsible for the job and had the nerve to ask me "who power washes their driveway to get rid of weeds?" All this garbage after I called the company a week earlier and asked nicely for someone to call me back -- I got a promise that that would happen (never did) so I had to call again a week later as my driveway looks like crap (weeds all back) Completely crappy service and a "bait and switch" on the job they did -- I'll never hire these guys again and trust me the owner is not qualified to deal with customers at all -- he's an inexperienced child who has no customer service skill sets at all -- it's simple, don't waste your money with these guys.

This company cost me almost $1,000 in cleaning after they cleaned my gas fireplace. Yes, they wore booties and draped the floor area around the fireplace, but Paul didn't tent the area and I ended up with a thin black oily film over everything in my family room, the laundry room adjacent and up my stairs. Two calls to them to complain -- no answer, only an email calling into question my honesty -- really Sandra?

Man, it's quick to get these guys to your door but the work is shoddy and they WILL NOT ever call you back -- horrible company that I am going to take to small claims court. My oven conked out -- Chris came that day to fix it -- told me it was two fuses (and charged me $500 to fix it) -- it worked for two weeks and then died again I've been calling them for over two weeks to get them to come back and fix it -- they never answer their phone and they do not respond to email. I'm giving up and taking them to small claims court. Buyer beware. Appalling people/appalling company.
