We purchased a KP Building Products Patio Door and after it was installed, we noticed there was a defect in the door. We contacted KP Building and a Service Rep came out within a day or two. He ordered a new door and after a few weeks, it was installed. Abdool, the Service Rep was very helpful, courteous and efficient. We feel he is a great representative of this Company. Andre and his team, Jenny and Ryan did an outstanding job doing some new wiring in a space we were renovating. They installed smoke and CO2 detectors and some fixtures. We are so happy with their professionalism and terrific work and would highly recommend this Company.

Scott and Matt were absolutely wonderful in securing a mother raccoon and 5 babies. They had made a home on our flat roof under a rubber membrane and Scott and Matt extracted them in a safe and humane way and then relocated them to another more appropriate habitat. I am delighted with the prompt and professional service I had from Josh of Mr. Appliance for my washing machine. He was courteous, pleasant and professional. He took the time to explain the problem and the solution to fix it. He also had a marvellous way with my dog who, after a few minutes, lay on the floor quietly and showed better behaviour than I usually see! Thanks Josh for doing a great job!

After a damaging ice storm, our large black walnut tree had a huge branch very high up in the tree that was badly damaged and very close to cracking off completely. James and his great crew safely and efficiently removed the branch and several others to keep the tree in balance. They cleaned up totally and this job was done in a very professional way. James has taken trees down from our property before and in those instances, again, a great job was done. I will continue to hire Timberjack Tree Service if needed in the future. Tom and his crew from Affordable Comfort did an outstanding job installing a new furnace and central air in my home.
