Terry answers the call himself in a professional yet friendly manner and whenever he may miss your call you can be sure he will call you back himself as soon as possible. No matter how tedious you think your question might be Terry will answer and ensure you are comfortable before moving on. Terry will explain step by step what his job will entail and will make sure what you are quoted is what you pay. His crew was punctual efficient and when the job was done they left the site debris free. A major plus is that Terry was the only constructor that went up on the roof and showed us pictures of what need to be done. He also made sure that whatever areas needed caulking the caulk colour complimented the look of the brick and shingles.
