Elite renovated our Leslieville semi over a six-month period from August 2017 to January 2018 based on plans we had drawn up by an architect. It was a complete gut including a basement underpin and moving the stairs. The only thing not touched was the kitchen extension on the back of the house. The Elite team was fantastic to work with and did high-quality work. We are thrilled with the final product. Jay and Jez were highly responsive and patient with us as renovation newbies. The subcontractors they worked with were awesome. Our neighbours commented on how clean, kind and courteous the entire crew was. There were no surprises along the way, and any adjustments in cost or timing were due to requests we made along the way. Highly recommend and would work with them again in a heartbeat.

We needed one of our kitchen cabinets to be shortened to make room for a new range hood. We had no idea who might be able to help us with this until we had the good fortune to find the kitchenfix website. Paul was very responsive to e-mail and up front about how he could help (creating a new cabinet to match the existing) and the estimated cost. The new cabinet looks great -- you wouldn't even know it's not one of the originals. Thanks Paul!

We cannot say enough good things about Jason and the team at Canadian Roofing Company. He redid our flat roof (including skylight installation), shingles, and he project managed other aspects involved in the job including blown-in insulation and siding. This work was done in November 2010 and since then we have reached out to Jason with related follow-up questions and he has responded quickly and good-naturedly to our queries. Highly recommended.

This will be the third year we've had Good Looking Homes power wash our composite deck and seal our pressurized lumber deck. They're reliable, responsive and easy to work with, and they do quality work.

Upon moving into our new house we called Custom Door & Lock Service, recommended by our lawyer, to re-key our 3 locks. We took the soonest availability we could get, which was 3-4 days from our original call. Corey arrived on time and was fast and courteous. He made a couple helpful observations (that the front door handle was not installed properly, and that the back door deadbolt was not turning as far as it could) and offered to make the necessary repairs, which he did -- well and quickly.

Avery was recommended to us by a friend who had used them before. They were good-natured, courteous, gentle with our belongings, and fast! In preparing for the move, we had a lot of questions for the owner, Steve, and we found him to be patient, helpful and responsive. We will definitely book them for our next move.
