Buyers beware, this store holds rejected products . I bought an LG washer and dryer combo unit for 2600$ & paid 250$ for installation . From first wash the dryer wouldnt work and Anik threw me to LG wolves who have been replacing part by part over weeks on trial and error to make the machine work but to no honest resolution . One month down the road i still dont have a functioning washer and dryer and my first load is still in it . No help no resolution and only loads of back and forth and documentation . This company lacks empathy ethical values . I paid hardearned money and i regret using this company and LG .

The product provided was new with full manufacturer warranty. Functional issues can arise and are covered under manufacturer warranty during the length of warranty period. The reported issues are to be investigated by the manufacture or their designated service providers to determine if the issue can be fixed or a new replacement unit is warranted and a brand new replacement unit was provided within two weeks of warranty service call at no charge as well user training provided over the phone on how to use the product.
