Timing is everything! There I was, the day before my house was going up for sale, and my Toto toilet flush valve started running constantly. This is not the way to show a house, so just before 5pm I found a plumber online with a very good rating on Homestars, AWARD PLUS PLUMBING. After speaking with Alex and explaining the problem AND that my house listing would be going live by 2pm the next day, he promised that Will would visit me at 9am to resolve the problem. Will arrived with two models of “genuine Toto parts” (Toto toilets being fussy pieces of equipment that do not tolerate anything but the genuine article) and he proceeded to fix the toilet. 45 minutes later, the toilet was fixed, Will wiped around the toilet with lovely lemon scented cleaner (even though it was already pristinely clean) and he even proceeded to tighten the bathroom sink faucet handles! I was very impressed! I would recommend AWARD PLUS PLUMBING to anyone. They saved the day (and my house was sold….Yay!)

I've used Green Isle Electricals three or four times and have always been impressed by Declan’s prompt service. It’s wonderful to have complete confidence that a job is being done correctly. I have contracted the company to install light fixtures, ceiling fan, and also to install a light fixture where there were no electricals which necessitated wires to be fished through the walls to the correct spot in the ceiling. Declan also fixed an electrical receptacle (installed by someone else) which had stopped working and he showed me exactly what had gone wrong with it. I would recommend him highly for any electrical work, small or large.

I don't have to do much planning -- I know I will be reminded that I must arrange for the annual servicing every year and you continue to remind me until the timing works for me and then I arrange it.
