We hired Tony, Jake and his crew to come out to replace our fascia, soffits, eaves and some siding at the back part of our house. We felt like we had too many different colours on our house so we wanted it to blend in better as well as get larger eavestroughs. The quote was very fair and the crew of 5 guys worked hard! They showed up first thing in the morning during a very hot and humid day and finished the same day. The new, larger 5" eaves with the black soffit and fascia makes the house look amazing and more modern. They capped the wood around my garage as well so I wont have to paint it ever again and it would match our new colour scheme. We had a clogged downspout that made a big mess on our back porch during the dismantling but by the end of the day that was cleaned up. I didn't even find as much as a nail on the ground by the time they left my house. Amazing service; very friendly and great prices with a hard working team. I would, and am, recommending them to a friend and anybody who is looking for this type of work to be done to their house!

I called Scott and he fit me in the same day between 2 other appointments. I showed him where I heard, and later saw, a squirrel go into my soffits. He stood outside that area and 'chirped' until 2 baby squirrels popped their heads out. He indicted that they were not newborn and old enough to extract using a safe 'one way' trap door. They can come out, but they cannot go back in. He also checked all areas of my roof and fixed 2 other potential entry points for vermin! Scott indicated that we may hear and see these squirrels hanging around outside the trap over the next couple of days. Sure enough, the very next morning we did hear noise outside the trap and there were 3 squirrels trying to get back in. Not long after, mom came by and the 4 of them went through our neighbours back gate! A few days after this, Scott picked up the trap, secured the entry point and we have not heard or seen a squirrel since! Scott was polite, professional, prompt and courteous and I would recommend his services to anybody.

We called Canada Hardwood, after seeing the review on this site, to see if they would come out and give us a quote on installing hardwood for our kitchen renovation. Having shopped around a few other places, we knew exactly what we wanted, so comparing 'apples to apples' was important to us. Sheila came out and provided us with a quote that was the best by a pretty good margin, so we accepted! She was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable! The installers worked diligently over the course of 3 days to get all the hardwood put in and when it was done, it looked fantastic! They left the place clean and we were were exceptionally pleased with the results. We can see why this place is getting great reviews and we would definitely recommend Canada Hardwood to anybody.

We shopped around a few local kitchen places before we chose Monarch. Melissa was excellent in making us feel special and that we were making the right decision. She presented us with an excellent design that covered all of our 'must haves'. She was thorough, listened to our ideas and suggestions and both her and Neil were always accessible to answer any questions or concerns that we had. Of course as with any renovation, there are glitches, but the ones we had were very minor and handled in a professional and timely manner.
