The roof in our mudroom was leaking after a fast thaw in February. We contacted FOTR because we saw they had great reviews. We contacted the office and immediately heard back from Trish and had someone come out super fast. We paid $450 for the repair but because it didn't hold up (their 90 day guarantee) we were issued a FULL refund. Its been a tough, long winter and we will require more in-depth work than just a fix. We really appreciate Trish and Fixer on the Roof standing by their guarantee. Trish ALWAYS responded lightening-fast to any question or concern we had and she displays integrity and honesty. Things we all very much appreciate.

Thank you so much for this review. Above all I believe in providing the right solution for the roofing system and if we can't guarantee to stop the leak we should never attempt the repair. With all this ice damming this winter we are sorry we couldn't get that leak to stop.
