Tenants moved out of my house and I needed the premises to be spotless. Once again, Jacob and his team did not disappoint. Every nook and cranny of the house was thoroughly and meticulously scrubbed by Manilyn and her partner. Duradek was used by the builder on the balcony, however, wood underneath it was rotting creating a dangerous situation. I needed the work done asap and Devon put this project ahead of a much larger $$ job he had and accommodated me on a weekend. He was very meticulous, thorough and professional. He even went above and beyond expectations with a great idea that made the repair seemless - at no added cost. His price was more than reasonable and his workmanship and skill are remarkable. Devon is a perfectionist - he did not apply the product until every speck of sawdust was brushed from the floor and he took considerable time and effort to ensure a proper slope for water drainage. The tenants left my condo in a state of utter disgust and filth. It is unimaginable how anyone could live like this. I called Jacob and he promised that the place would look brand new after his crew was finished. Jacob and his team are relentless and cover every square inch of the property.
