Hard to find pool companies East of Toronto but rest assured you are in good hands with DFP. Great experience from the inception - with Dennis during the quotation and information sharing months ahead of the actual project commencement. Despite the challenges the pandemic posed with obtaining product and logistics associated with this - DFP persevered with the diligence and hard work to give us the backyard that we yearned for. Special thanks to the boss man, Mark for his great dedication and tireless efforts from the start to finish; the pride of his work is evident and the customer is aware of this throughout. Amazing to see the prep work (in the heat of the summer; thumbs up to Owen) to the final product and the journey to get there was worth it. Repeat happy customer !!! Despite his busy schedule Max was able to squeeze us in for a quick efficient installation of a 3 ton AC unit when our old unit died during the early days of the heatwave in June. Great value and reliability - you can't go wrong with Aire max.

Looked up various suppliers on Homestars and picked Aire Max due to good ratings and reviews. As expected, good communication and quote obtained for the replacement 17 gallon humidifier. Prompt and efficient service with a quick, efficient installation. Thanks

Disappointed to say the least. Purchase price seemed like a great deal (Boxing week offer) due to the inclusion of pedestals for both appliances however upon delivery it was noted that these were not the matching pedestals for the colour of the appliances and essentially unusable due to BadBoy's unwillingness to exchange upon inquiry. I might have well have bought these from any one of the numerous competitors and will keep this in mind for future appliance purchases. Service delivery phone customer service and delivery personnel, however, were a pleasure to deal with.

We could not be happier with the work Todd and his crew have done. Todd's design was beautiful and the price was great. The team was friendly and work was done quickly.... The only downside is the increase in the number of gawking neighbours :)

The initial person who came out to quote was rude and disrespectful and requested an immediate sign-off by my wife on a quote of a few thousand dollars without allowing any concurrence from me. When she mentioned that she would have to run it by me he immediately crossed off the "sale" price and left. Ridiculous. Fortunately a follow-up call the next summer put us in contact with Larry who was courteous and accommodating (one would think these are minimum requirements by anyone in sales but apparently not nowadays). The installer was very good and completed the job efficiently despite a lag of a few days being scheduled at another location. All in all I was pleased with the job save for the initial hiccup.

I have used them in 2 of my homes and they have done a very thorough job and were cautious to maintain the cleanliness of the home. Definitely could detect fresher air and my asthmatic wife could breathe easier. Many thanks, R.
