We recently had our front and back doors replaced in our home. Total Home Windows and Doors was incredibly responsive and helpful right from the start. Eugene was quick to respond, helpful in making suggestions and helping us pick out the perfect doors. Due to the current market and supply chain issues it took a few months for our doors to come but it was worth the wait! In the meantime the company was very responsive and kept us up-to-date. The doors are gorgeous and the quality is amazing. The team that came and installed the doors were also great to work with. They were efficient but really made sure everything was perfect and you would almost never know they were here - they cleaned up everything. We had a small suggestion at the end of the install and they fixed it immediately, no problem at all. The company is very helpful and customer focused. We are super happy and would recommend Total Home Windows and Doors to anyone.

We wanted to express our thanks for the build of our new four season sunroom addition. Giancarlo and Mal's customer service and support throughout the entire process was excellent and I don't think we could be happier with the end result. We also wanted to show our appreciation for Dhonny. He was so thoughtful, skilled and just all around wonderful to work with over the last couple of months. He treated our addition as if it was a build on his own home and I think the result shows that dedication to excellence. He always ensured that we were happy and getting what we wanted out of the project. He was incredibly dedicated to our project, putting in extra hours on weekends and into the dark some evenings. We hired Chermark Renovations for a complete basement renovation which included a laundry room, fitness room, large open office and living space, and the addition of a full bathroom. Mark was a pleasure to work with right from the initial estimate, and I don't think we could have had a better experience with anyone else. Everyone on Mark's team and the various subcontractors that worked on the basement were just as great to work with and delivered high quality results on everything they did. Mark was great in listening to my millions of questions and delivered on everything we asked for and then some, always ensuring we were happy with the results. Mark also always made us aware of any additional costs prior to any additional work so there were zero surprises in the budget. We will definitely be calling Chermark again for our future renovation needs and highly highly recommend them.
