I have had dealings with the company for a number of years, gradually replacing all my windows. The last tranche of windows was installed this summer and I was quite pleased with the result. The product is good but equally important is the competence of the installers - very professional. I was particularly pleased with the company's willingness to replace a broken seal on a patio door and replace another defect in an upstairs window on previously installed windows without question. I do not ordinarily write reviews but they earned this one.
