We were selling our home and wanted to be have a quick inspection to identify any problems that we might not otherwise be aware of. David came by and in his mini-inspection focused on items such as the roof, crawlspace, foundation, etc. David identified a few problems and we were able to have them corrected making for smooth sailing with our house sale.

Tiling and plumbing for Bathroom Renovations
Americ and Frank did an amazing job providing plumbing, tiling and general support in our project to renovate three bathrooms. Americ's attention to detail shows through in his workmanship on the extensive tiling that he did for us. The plumbing work included three toilets, five sinks, a soaker tub, shower stall and a full bath/shower. We would definitely recommend Peace Arch Plumbing & Heating.
