An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I have dealt with Avenue Road Roofing since 1998, and they have done roofing, siding, and chimney work for me. In regards to the recent roof replacement, it was great to deal with Kaz, Barb, and other members of the Avenue Road team. The roof was replaced within the time promised, and the work was completed in one day. Tarps were used on my property, as well as my neighbour's, all garbage was cleaned up, and my driveway was power washed after the roof was complete. What I like most about dealing with Avenue Road is that the completed work was inspected by another one of your staff, and I was kept informed as to whether the work met the high standards expected of Avenue Road roofers. Of Course it did, but in the case that it did not, the roofers would return to correct any deficiencies to the inspector's satisfaction. That is why I continue to use and recommend Avenue Road Roofing.
