AC broke down early AUgust - very hot day - got home from work to find my AC not working. Called the insurance company through which my AC unit was insured. They said it is end of day and someone will call me tomorrow - very frustrated. Looked up bluemax and called. Owner was in my house in 40 min. Got to work and had my AC up and running in less than 10min. What was most impressive was he said he is not going to charge me because it was a small fix and he was in the area. VERY IMPRESSED. I tipped him anyways. Very happy to see such customer service still exists. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
