We are thrilled with our new doors and the work of Distinctive Glass Inserts. The amount of light that comes into our home now is amazing and the appearance of the doors has added more curb appeal and value to our home. When we called Distinctive Glass Inserts we received prompt response. Grayson provided recommendations for glass inserts and door hardware that was fitting the style of our home and location. He was very thorough in explaining the process and details of work including weather stripping, hinges etc. Grayson was nice to follow-up a few days later to explore if we had any outstanding questions having had some time to consider. Once we ordred, getting measurements done and the turn around time for product delivery and install was very fast. Installation was a smooth process done in less than 3 hours and the work area was left clean. The quality of work and service was excellent. While we still want to complete the look with a fresh coat of paint we have received numerous compliments on the doors from friends and guests; in fact I don't think anyone has come to our door and not commented positively!
