We recently decided to update the guest suite in our lower floor. We didnt know what to focus on and how to best utilize our budget. Ely from Home improvement suggested that we convert the sitting area into a mini kitchen casual lounge area, completely redo the washroom and leave the existing bedrooms as is with just new paint and flooring. We are ecstatic with our new guest apartment - and our relatives are too!
