Being a new home owner on a short budget, my wife and I weren't really ready for the amount of expenses that tallied up over the course of 3 short months ! Having said that, owning my first house I had no idea about the equipment/baggage that came with it. Shortly after we had moved in, one of the agents at simply comfort came in to do a 24 point inspection of the equipment. Not being home at the time, I instructed my wife to give the agent my number and to call me if anything was wrong. After 2-3 days, the agent set me up with an appointment and was very informative about the status of my current equipment (13 years old). Having told him about my current financial situation he was able to produce a plan in which I would be able to receive brand new equipment at a low monthly cost and with full warranty. Due to my work schedule, I had to place installation closer to the evening but simply comfort was able to accommodate that and give me a window between 5-9. The technician showed up around 5:30 and the whole process was done a little after 9. After a bit of research about their products and how they handled the whole installation process I was prompted to write this review and express my gratitude in helping me and my family afford our new furnace for the winter !
