The original siding cap freeze mould was damaged during a storm and had to be replaced. During removal the trades found water damaged that required replacing approx 1 sheet of plywood. Although not required we had the team install wind/water protection by installing 4 sq of tyvek. Cherry and Clark office personel and the trades people were very professional in their work. This small contract was completed on time and within the quoted budget.

The project included complete removal of old deck; pour footings for new footings; build frame and decking. Decking included 262 Ft Sq of 2X6 knotty cedar, and 288 Ft Sq northern composite plus cedar rail, trim and skirt. The team helped us decide on shape,size and materials.
