We were in a bind after our original tiler abandoned us with a half job done wrong on our bathtub tile and needing to move into our home quickly and still no flooring in the kitchen or bathroom. My husband looked for someone in Richmond and found Frank at Ignite! He really cared and brought in quality carpenter and tile worker, Terry, to save us from the damage done and get things fixed up so we could live in our home. Everyday he showed up on time and Frank came every weekday and sometimes in the evening to make sure things were going in the right direction. It made all the difference to us who were desperate to get moving into our home but still wanting things done right. Great quality work within a reasonable timeline and all guaranteed!
