Excellent Job! David is very professional and easy to deal with. When he came to survey our roof he brought with him a drone so he can take photos to see the condition without climbing on our roof. Although his quote was about the same as the other contractors, he submitted a quote that is very clear and detailed. That gave me the confidence he really knows the job. On the day he was going to clean the roof, he did a walk through with me: • Explained the things he would be doing, • Told me what I will expect after, and • Let me know how for long the job is going to take. He tidied the entire work site and including our neighbour's yard (since some of the debris went there). At the end of the job, we again had another walk through. He showed me the result of things he did, and made sure all the things he said he would do were done. He informed me of the status of our roof, gutter, fascia boards, windows sealant, etc. And also told me the things I should watch out on the next in maintaining our roof. I will recommend DB Washer to my friends who want their roof to be cleaned.
