John is a true professional. Honest, reliable and knowledgable. Not much more I could ask for. We had two large windows installed in the spring and the men were done in just a couple of hours. They left the site cleaner than they found it. Aesthetically the windows are beautiful and their function is flawless. My wife and I agree that this was definitely the best money we spent on upgrading the home.
New roof, vents & eplacement of pre-existing plywood with new Plywood.
I called Ryan in late November to replace my roof as well as to install new vents and replace my old (moldy) plywood with new plywood. Ryan was adamant that he would find a day when the weather would co-operate and he would get the job done quickly, professionally and on budget. I could not be more happy with the work that Ryan and his team did. They were at the house very early, got right to work and completed the job quickly and effectively. Ryan wanted to make sure I was informed of exactly what he was doing so he took lots of photos from on top of the roof explaining the scope of work and making sure I saw the difference in quality and craftsmanship. In addition to the quality and scope of work Ryan did, his pricing was extremely fair. His quote was the lowest and was on budget. There were no hidden charges or last minute fees. The quote he provided was what I paid. Ryan cleaned up spotlessly after the job was complete. His team was professional and courteous and I would (and have) recommend ed them to neighbours, friends and family.
