When I called to ask for service at 6:45 pm, I expected to get a service time for the next day or so. I was very surprised when the coordinator told me that a service tech would call me about the arrival time. I was shocked that the arrival time would be that evening. Minutes later the service Tech called to say he would arrive in about 30min. He actually arrived about 15 minutes later. Vitaly was our serviceTech. He was very polite, friendly and respectful. He asked about the issue and immediately was able to identify the problem. He gave his estimate of the cost for the repair. He worked efficiently, and before we knew it the job was complete. He cleaned up and was on his way. I was very satisfied with the entire experience and my washer is working.
