Marko is friendly and does quality work. During a water filtration system installation, we realized we needed a circular hole cut through our stainless steel sink and granite countertop in order to install the faucet. Marko had the tools and skill to get it done. Highly recommend.

We approached Roy and team based on the reviews and can sincerely say the work and service were outstanding. Our original plan was to restore our 20-yr old hardwoods floors covering half the condo and replace old carpet covering the other half with new hardwood, or redo the whole condo with new floors. Roy took the time to visit our condo and analyze the situation before we made any purchases. Based on his advice, we ended up putting new carpet and redoing our existing floors. Roy's advice was clearly based on what worked best and not maximizing a sale. The end result on the reworked floors is amazing. They look brand new and light/modern. Our furnace and hot water guys needed to punch 10 x 1ft x 1ft holes in our ceiling. Walter was very responsive and easy to work with. He did great work himself on the drywall repair and ensured the ceiling plates were well stabilized. Very smooth. Work was done in 2 stages. Santiago did the painting and was very professional. The end result is great and they left the place very clean. Fair and reasonable price. Highly recommended for drywall repair.

We wanted to take the time to recognize Gilad and his team for their excellent work on our rebuilt deck. It looks great and is a super new design. Gilad and his team were very professional and courteous, and paid close attention to detail. We were especially pleased and surprised at the quality and look of the new wood that they hand-picked. Of the 4 quotes we got, Deck Space (a referral from Home Depot) was essentially tied with 2 others from a cost perspective and we definitely got great value from the result.
